1. INTRODUCTION
This privacy notice applies exclusively to data processing carried out on the landing page (https://pajti.app and https://pawity.app) related to the Pawity / Pajti crowdfunding campaign.

2. DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
When you complete the interest form we process the following personal data:

3. DETAILS OF PROCESSING
3.1 Email address
The email address is the primary means of contact. You may receive the following communications:
- Registration confirmation and welcome message
- Campaign updates (launch date, funding milestones, progress)
- Campaign launch notification
- Application launch notification (after the campaign ends)
- Periodic newsletter about the Pawity community
You can unsubscribe from any email with a single click. Unsubscribing stops email communication; deletion of your data must be requested separately (see section 7).
3.2 Role data
Your role (dog owner | dog service provider | animal welfare actor) is used for the following purposes:
- For dog owners: Recommending the campaign reward packages for owners and communicating Pawity's community features
- For service providers: B2B campaign offers, presentation of the Premium provider package
- For animal welfare actors: Partner offers for animal welfare organisations and highlighting features such as "Take Me Home"
Role data is used solely for marketing segmentation and is not shared with third parties.
3.3 Campaign support intent
The answer to "Would you support our campaign?" (yes/no/maybe and optionally a planned amount range) is used solely for internal planning. This data is not shared with third parties and does not affect the volume of communications you receive.
3.4 Referral code
Your unique referral code lets us track how many additional registrations and/or actual campaign backers came in through your referral. This processing serves only to correctly credit rewards and to analyse campaign performance.
When the referral URL (pajti.app/r/[CODE]) is clicked, the request passes through a redirect system that:
- Logs the click time and the type of sending device/browser (without logging the IP address)
- Places a cookie in the browser (30-day expiry) to associate the first visit to the campaign page with the given referral code
4. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED DATA
When you visit the landing page we automatically collect the following:

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Subscriber data is stored on a server operated by Retroscope Kft. and located in Hungary. Any email marketing providers used for delivery (e.g. SendGrid, Mailchimp or similar) comply with EU data-processing requirements; we sign data-processing agreements with them.
Security measures:
- HTTPS / TLS encryption for data transmission
- Password-protected admin access to the database
- Regular backups
- Access to the data is limited to authorised staff of Retroscope Kft.
6. SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
We DO NOT sell or share subscribers' personal data with third parties, with the following exceptions:
- Email delivery infrastructure (processor): The minimum data required to deliver emails (email address, name) is shared with the email service provider used, under a data-processing agreement.
- Authorities: Where required by law.
Registered data is NOT automatically shared with the Brancs campaign platform; registering on or supporting via Brancs is a separate decision made by the subscriber.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Your rights under the GDPR with respect to processing on the campaign landing page:

8. DATA RETENTION

After the campaign ends (and after a possible launch of the application), subscribers who have not unsubscribed will be asked once whether they wish to opt in to the general Pawity newsletter. Removal from the interest list happens automatically if no response is received.
9. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
We may amend this Notice from time to time as necessary. In the case of material changes we will notify registered subscribers by email.
