Pawity crowdfunding campaign — Landing page

1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
These Terms of Service (the "Campaign Terms") apply to the https://pajti.app and https://pawity.app campaign landing pages operated by Retroscope Kreatív és Fejlesztő Szolgáltató Kft. (company registration: Cg.03-09-118864, tax number: HU14917514, registered seat: 6500 Baja, Mészáros Lázár u. 57. — hereinafter "Retroscope Kft." or "we"), the purpose of which is to register expressions of interest in, and build a community around, the crowdfunding campaign for the Pawity (Pajti) mobile application on the Brancs platform (the "Campaign").
These Terms govern the relationship between subscribers ("Subscriber") who register their interest via the landing page and Retroscope Kft.

2. PURPOSE OF THE LANDING PAGE
The landing page serves only the following purposes:
- Providing information about the Pawity application and the Campaign
- Registering expressions of interest (pre-subscription)
- Identifying your role (dog owner, dog service provider, animal welfare actor)
- Recording campaign support intent
- Early community building and the issuing of a unique referral code
No payment transactions, legally binding orders or contract conclusions take place via the landing page. Registering interest is free of charge and creates no obligation.
The actual financing process of the Campaign runs on the Brancs platform (brancskozosseg.hu), which has its own Terms and conditions.
3. REGISTERED DATA AND ITS USE
3.1 Data collected on the landing page
When you complete the interest form we record the following:

3.2 Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing is the Subscriber's freely given consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by accepting these Terms and the Privacy Notice when submitting the interest form.
3.3 Scope of consent
By submitting the interest form, you consent to the following:
- Retroscope Kft. may send campaign updates, launch notifications and a periodic newsletter to the email address you provided;
- Based on the role data you provided, we may offer you the reward packages and communications most relevant to you;
- We may track registrations made via your referral code (solely to measure campaign performance and to credit the appropriate reward);
- After the Campaign has ended, subscribers who remain on the list may also receive notifications about the launch of the Pawity application.
3.4 Withdrawing consent
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by sending a request to woof@pawity.app. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
4. REFERRAL SYSTEM
4.1 Unique referral code
After registering interest, a Subscriber may receive a unique referral link and code (format: pajti.app/r/[CODE]). Registrations made through the referral code can be tracked.
4.2 Rewards
Based on referral activity, the rewards defined in the Campaign (e.g. Treat points, premium subscription discounts, campaign rewards) may be granted. The detailed terms of the rewards are set out in the Campaign description on the Brancs platform.
4.3 Abuse
Manipulating the referral system (e.g. generating fictitious registrations) will result in the loss of rewards and removal from the program.
5. NATURE AND LIMITATIONS OF THE CAMPAIGN
5.1 Non-binding statements
The features, rewards and milestones presented on the landing page and in campaign materials are described to the best of our knowledge and intent, but do not constitute contractual promises. The development of Pawity and the running of the Campaign also depend on market conditions and funding success.
5.2 Campaign platform terms
Actual financial backing takes place via the Brancs platform (brancskozosseg.hu). The legal and financial terms of backing are set out in the Brancs Terms of Service and the detailed description of the relevant campaign page. Retroscope Kft. is not responsible for any failures, downtime or changes of the Brancs platform.
5.3 "All or nothing" model
The Campaign operates on an "all or nothing" model: if the base funding target (HUF 1,500,000) is not reached within the Campaign period, all funds received will be refunded according to the Brancs terms.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content displayed on the landing page (text, graphics, logos, the names "Pawity" and "Pajti") is the intellectual property of Retroscope Kft. Unauthorised copying or distribution is prohibited.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Retroscope Kft. is not liable for:
- Missed registrations resulting from any technical downtime of the landing page;
- Damages resulting from failures of the Brancs platform;
- Indirect damages resulting from the partial or full failure of the Campaign.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. In the event of disputes, the parties will first seek a resolution by negotiation. Consumer disputes are handled by the territorially competent conciliation body.
9. CHANGES
We may amend these Campaign Terms during the Campaign as necessary; the date of amendment will be indicated in the header. We will notify registered subscribers by email of material changes.
