Cookie Policy

Effective: October 10, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Retroscope Kreatív és Fejlesztő Szolgáltató Kft. (Retroscope Ltd.) uses cookies and similar technologies on the https://pawity.app and https://pajti.app websites and on the related web-based admin interfaces.

The Pawity mobile application (iOS/Android) does not use traditional browser cookies; it uses session tokens and data stored on the device instead, and those are governed by the Privacy Notice. This is why no separate cookie consent banner appears in the application.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files placed on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. Cookies help the website to work properly, improve the user experience and produce traffic statistics.

First-party cookies: placed by Retroscope Ltd. Third-party cookies: placed by external providers (e.g. Google, Meta).

On your first visit to the website, cookies are disabled by default (Google Consent Mode): analytics and marketing cookies are only placed after your express consent. On the cookie banner that appears:

You can change your decision at any time: on the Cookie Policy page, click the "Change cookie settings" button and the cookie banner reappears. The state of your consent is stored in the browser's local storage (the cookie-consent key in localStorage), not in a cookie. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled, because they are required for the basic functions of the website.

Which cookies do we use?

Open-tracking pixels placed in emails cannot be controlled through the website's cookie settings; they can be blocked using the "block remote images" setting of your email client. Web beacons placed on the website (e.g. the Meta Pixel) can be managed by refusing cookie consent or through your browser settings.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

We analyse the traffic data of the Pawity websites using Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics transmits data about your use of the website to Google's servers. To opt out of tracking: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We update this Policy as needed. The date of the amendment is indicated at the top of the Policy.
